This video a part of my research really hits home when you begin to move up the career ladder and how hostile it gets with every new level. It has been my experience in leadership primarily is how White women have been extremely passive aggressive which includes manipulation and how Black women and White men are like are very protective of confronting White women who are wrong and my experience that White men have been intimidated by me because my education experience supersedes their own experiences.
